 The CLCS series centrifugal pumps available in varied ranges are close-coupled and compact. The pumps have a cold-formed stainless-steel casing, closed impeller, mechanical seal, pump cover and self-aligning shafts of pump & motor connected by mechanical compression lock-nut. These CLCS pumps are reliable and relatively maintenance free having long life. The front assembly design and interchangeable mechanical seal helps in quick and easy maintenance, increases uptime and has low maintenance cost. Pump impeller innovatively designed on computer aided software’s has optimum sizing and is hydraulically balanced. It gives high efficiency can operate at low NPSH, treats product gently & safely and has low noise and less operating cost.

Application:

IDMC manufacture centrifugal pumps for dairy, food, pharmaceutical and personal health care, beverages, brewery, cosmetics, and similar sanitary applications. These pumps are designed and manufactured conforming to hygienic standards. It is suitable for CIP/SIP. 

W- Type execution with Seal flush from pump discharge through orifice.
